Intel has launched 5 new CPUs and more will come shortly. It looks Centrino 2 is definitely ready for back to school period and that it will become a dominant selling platform in months to come.

Centrino 2 brings a bit better chipset but apart of Wimax there is nothing to really be exciting and for Wimax you need an infrastructure that we simply don’t have in most parts of Europe. Despite this people will still buy it as Centrino 2 sounds much better than Centrino.
