Intel plans to brand this one QX9300 and that the CPU works at 2.53GHz and has a massive 12MB of cache.

With its 45W TDP it will fit in fastest notebooks and it will be more like a statement than a necessity as it’s still tough to put quad core in good use. It will be hot but at least Intel can do it but don’t expect that your games will run faster because you have a quad core. However, if you are in movie / commercial industry and need to render something on your notebook, this chip is made from haven for you.
